Must be SANTA!!!
Before having kids, I decided that I would only have my children sit on Santa's lap once they asked to, and I was going to be quite firm with this. However, I did not take into consideration a grandma with puppy dog eyes asking to have all her grandchildren sit with Santa. I caved...babies cried... end of story.

hahahahahaha! Every kid needs the traumatizing picture with Santa :) Baylor officially has TWO. Freaked last year and only likes him from a distance this year. No worries on caving, it'll be a classic when she's older! She's even cute crying :)
